On Tuesday the Primary 7 children participated in their last STEAM lesson focusing on electronical engineering. They looked at what electricity is and the vital role, in our society, of an electrical engineer. They also discovered materials that conduct electricity and those that are insulators. Amazingly the Primary 7 pupils found out that Playdoh conducts electricity!! Everyone had great fun letting their imagination run wild creating their own Playdoh circuit. A huge thank you to Louth & Tiernan from Re-Gen who facilitated this programme with the Primary 7 boys and girls over the last five weeks. They have all learnt so much and hopefully we may be looking at some engineers of the future after these sessions!
